It was a totally different experience for me. The teachers were friendly and so knowledgeable being someone doing yoga for the very first time, All through the course the teachers and everyone else did not make me feel neglected or left out. The classes progressed slowly in difficulty and day by day I could discover the postures I 'm good at. This course thought me so many things and by the end of it, I 'm more calm, more confident about myself and conscious when it comes to my body. I really enjoyed attending the kids yoga teacher training course at Anahata. I improved my yoga abilities and got to implement what I've learned to the kids yoga class I co-taught. The teachers for the course provided me with wonderful feedback and a newfound love of yoga that I will continue to improve and cherish. I learned all about the different themes for a kids yoga class and how to sequence a kids yoga class. In addition, I learned about the anatomical and psychological benefits of many yoga poses for children and got to see them engage in a yoga class with enthusiasm.

Teachers are mostly gentle and friendly. They all equip with amazing yoga skills! They’re always enthusiastic about teaching and are very helpful. They demonstrated every pose step-by-step clearly and let us easy to follow. As a whole, it was really a fruitful experience to me. It was truly remarkable experience taking yoga training at Asana Andiapan College of Yoga & Research Centre. The amount of knowledge that I have obtained at Asana Andiapan College of Yoga & Research Centre is life-changing. We had a good environment with adequate facilities. The centre provided a relaxed & caring atmosphere.The posters of Dr.Yogananth Andiappan on the walls were awesome and inspirational. My Special thanks to a very sincere and dedicated personality Raja master. The dedication and sincerity in his teaching has been an inspiration for me to deepen my practice further. Great that we learned adjustments and we could practice it, he is a very respectable yoga master, and meanwhile a very humble and honest human being. I really appreciate the depth of knowledge and experience of him. So I gained enormous by intellectually, spiritually and emotionally over the two weeks. He is known for his professionalism. Our institute should feel proud to have him as master. He used to say about his Guru Dr.Yogananth Andiappan often which shows his attitude towards his teacher. Annadurai sir is very experience, professional, knowledgeable and compassion. I was inspired and motivated by his passion to yoga. I am really proud to be his student. He is contented with everything. He is an encyclopedia in yogic science. Still I could remember his smile when he uses the word yoga. The way he expressed the content, made us to love yogic science.He created affinity towards yoga I express my sincere Thanks to Ayyappan master. If not for him there it would have been very difficult for me in the training hours. Not only have I learnt the yoga demonstration and teaching techniques but also the yoga philosophy which has really impact my daily life from him. The course was well structured and all Masters were well experienced and able to share their knowledge with the students in a well sequenced way. The material was very helpful and perfectly complemented the courses. I found the anatomy classes most helpful when we started to learn about the anatomy and then follow with asanas that stretch or strengthen that body part. I would suggest having all anatomy classes this way. Any specific advice on how to interact with future students and how to deal with potential difficulties was particularly helpful.

I feel so grateful to attend such a wonderful class with many experienced masters's teaching and demonstration. It's so knowlegable and practical for my yoga journey.
