I have learned a lot from this yoga course. The yoga course is properly divided into 5 modules. I especially like the yoga philosophy, the anatomy and the asana modules, where I think I have learned concepts and knowledge that I cannot learn from regular yoga classes. I would say the yoga training is an introductory course that prepares yogis that are interested in knowing more about each posture and the anatomy behind.

I feel the master is really professional. During the lessons, we have been taught many about theory and the technique that we are not able to learn from regular classes. But it would be good to have more class practice of the postures in the class with the master or may be outdoor class would be good too. =) In general we are really happy for taking the courses. This YTT has really helped be to be a yoga teacher. Thanks all the Masters for teaching from the heart and sharing their experiences with us! I improved a lot physically and spiritually after completing the Teacher Training Course after understanding more on the history, theory, anatomy, pranayama, kriyas, and of course, asanas. The teaching techniques which we learnt not only enable us to guide the others in practice, but also enhance our self-awareness and improvements when practising on our own. I would say the course is great for both who want to be teachers or just simply want to enhance their knowledge in yoga practice. Just a little suggestion on the course: It would be better if the pranayama/kriyas module could be shortened a bit and the asanas and teaching module could be lengthened a bit.

This is an eye-opening experience after all. The teachers have given us a clear picture of children's physical and more importantly mental and social growth at different age. This has prepared us a lot on planning the class for children. Also, various approaches were introduced to make the class interesting to children, and we, as adults, enjoyed a lot too while learning! The course was a rather comprehensive one, children from a young age to teenage stage were covered in the syllabus. All in all it is a fabulous experience that was truly educational and informative.

The Course was excellent! i enjoyed the class so much especially when it came to playing games! and I love the meditation part also.
