In the beginning, I had a few injuries and thought to come to this course could learn a few things to heal my pain. This is far more than I expected. Not only I learnt how to rehab but also to strengthen my body. This course also covers a lot of interesting content such as Ayurveda, lifestyle and many common problems in our body. I have decided to use what I have learned to help more people. I really appreciate Master Vishnu, Master Yogananth and Master Dharaj for their time and effort. I enjoyed their teaching and this course very much.

Through taking the yoga training course, I found it highly interesting to learn about the yoga practice as well as the diet appropriate for each of the 3 doshas. I am glad that I am now able to diagnose the dosha of not only myself but also of my family and friends and provide them with helpful advice. I could also study various health issues in depth and apply yoga posture and pranayama to help improve them. However, I wish the course also included a practical training session in the field, which would be a great opportunity for the students to apply what they have learned to actually treat the issues patients have.

I have learned a lot about Yoga more than I expected. Not only about asana skills, but also teaching skills, anatomy theory, yoga theory, and history. It was a very good time for the last 3 months of training. All the Master and classmate were good and caring. I enjoyed very much.

It's amazing learning, fantastic, wonderful and excellent course for yoga therapy. We studied everything in a detailed manner. I think it is the best yoga therapy teacher training in Hong Kong where each student/yoga teacher should have this knowledge.

It is eye opening to learn the theory and scientific support behind yoga therapy. Yoga is not just about fitness and asanas. Great course by knowledgeable masters. I’m grateful to join the community and help others in need.

First of all , every class was good and had a nice experience of yoga here. Raja sir was really so awesome, he taught more to me, very welcomed to be sir’s student. Second Ezhili mam was also good. I loved the teacher training program. My teacher is a student of yours so I was familiar with the Andiappan approach and the Hatha classes were exactly as expected but better. I was surprised that there was a different level of student (beginners and advanced) but it was actually a good thing to be able to learn how to explain and adjust student that are not as used to asana practice than me. So it's interesting. Master Raja’s knowledge and creativity are endless but I’m sure you knew it. Ms.Ezhili was very good for the history/koshas/etc. I really liked her approach. Mr.Prakash was very interesting his point of view and method different from Andiappan and its very interesting, I really enjoyed the sutras and vinyasa karma yoga course. Mr.Andiappan is one of the kind, I loved his classes even though sometimes it's not easy to distinguish from the English/Sanskrit/Tamil/chanting but that’s actually the beauty of it. The children yoga class was super I highly recommend to include it in the program. Ms.Priyanka was also very good and knowledge but I only had one class with her. The naturopathy food was also very interesting I’d keep it too. I enjoyed living near them. So it has been a super experience, I wish I could stay for 500 hours. Maybe in the new campus who knows. Glad that I took the training course at Anahata Yoga and I enjoyed both the theoretical and practical training taught by all the experienced Masters. I thank all the teaching by all the masters which the knowledge and sharing would help me with my yoga practice in the future. Namaste.

It's very inspiring. Its much easier for me to understand in depth the knowledge of Yoga and posture alignment.

This was a very comprehensive course covering a broad range of concepts and injury rehabilitation through yoga. I am very thankful to the kind yoga masters who helped administer the course. My favorite topics were chakras, marma points, meditation, and ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle. Injury rehabilitation was less useful for me but it is good to get a basic understanding of adaptive yoga postures for pain management and recovery. Thank you very much, Anahata!

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and found that teaching was a real strength. The masters are experts and so eager to impart knowledge accumulated over years and years of practice. The course materials provide excellent reference and the workshops and lectures are in depth.

When I decided to do a yoga teacher training, I expected to challenge myself, strengthen my practice, explore the deep meaning of yoga and of course learn to teach a yoga class. This course has given me everything I expected and hoped to receive; teachers here are experienced and nice, and every classmate here are always being supportive. The course is absolutely life-altering and incredible. I've grown, changed and learned so much about myself and yoga throughout this program. I realize that yoga is not just exercise, it is a way to live a better life! Yoga is the union of the body and soul, a commitment to self-love, cultivation of community. I am so glad I found the courage to embark on this experience. I truly believe everyone needs an experience like this in order to discover how to live yoga in all aspects of life.

The 200 hr YTT is a transformational experience. YTT sounds like the whole point of the course would be to learn to teach. But there are much more to it. It’s more about exploring your interest and passion for yoga and deepening your practice and skills.
