This 200hrs YTT course was transformative. The comprehensive curriculum, practical experience, and supportive community enhanced my confidence and knowledge. There were some challenges: 1. The contents of the manual was extensive, some topics such as anatomy/chakras were new to me as a beginner, making it hard to follow. Some relevant YouTube/ videos could be recommended, so we can prep or enforce our learning. 2. For asanas, it would be great if the poses could be taught according to the Yoga Class Sequence. 3. I wish "teaching tactics" can be introduced earlie, including verbal cueing and tactile cueing. Despite these issues, i believes that the instructors were so knowledgeable and inspiring. Especially Master Yogananth, he is super nice, love to share his yoga teaching experiences and knowledges with us. His asana demostration is awesome, beyond human action! Master Mahesh is really helpful and encouraging, always being patient with us. Master Raja is super funny, I wouldn't feel sleepy during his class. I like Master Keshav's big smile, always being friendly and remember All of our names! Master Vishnu, i think he got a "magic hands"! He actually inspired me to enroll Yoga Therapy 300hrs. Last but not least, Master Shreya, I enjoyed her class with details and clear information. The Andiappan classes and group classes really kept me moving and allowed me to explore different aspects of yoga. I felt lucky that I had all the lovely classmates, so willing to share their knowledge with me. Our class was always full of laughs and energy! Lastly, I thank myself for finding Anahata Yoga. This course fostered personal growth, both physically and mentally, and deepened my connection to yoga. Thank you for this incredible experience! p.s. This yoga teacher training course significantly enhanced my understanding of the anatomical aspects of each asana, allowing me to self-adjust for better alignment. The management and teachers truly understand the students' needs and goals, providing expert guidance. The yoga I learned in other studios felt robotic and fitness-focused, but here it offers a holistic approach to wellness. Additionally, the pranayama techniques I've learned have greatly benefited both my practice and daily life. Highly recommend!

As someone relatively new to yoga, I found this course incredibly insightful for deepening my understanding of yogic practice. The instructors demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise, making complex concepts accessible even to beginners. The Andiappan Yoga Community NGO observation classes were particularly valuable—observing diverse teaching styles and student interactions added immense value to my personal practice. However, scheduling these sessions outside regular studio hours proved challenging. Extending the observation period by one month (to align with assignment deadlines) would be highly beneficial. Despite this minor logistical hurdle, I highly recommend this studio and its master teachers. Their authentic approach to yoga education is truly commendable.

The course was very useful, It completely fulfilled the passion in which I joined the course and also I was able to regain my health that was deteriorating due to sedentary life style and I used the same yoga to address some health issue of my kid that gave excellent results in short period. I am extremely happy to have joined this course. I would like to pursue advance course after a year break.

I really feel a life-changing moment from here. Initially, I do not practice every day, but now I practice yoga daily. Because I feel the change. Now I am deeply involved learn more about this. Thank you all masters and especially thanks to Raja master.

This course is taught by experienced teachers in the particular field (ayurveda; yoga therapy) and sharing of real life application. The class is delivered in an interactive manner. My understanding of yoga therapy has broadened and deepened greatly after the class. Thank you Anahata and all the masters' guidance; and also thanks to the administration team for the support. Another improvement i suggest is the accuracy of assignment topics on the portal. Master Yogananth sought our feedback the day when he delivered the class to find out the assignment topics were not uploaded accurately to all of us and it was fixed eventually. Overall, this course is very good and I will recommend others to take it. I would like to use my knowledge acquired to help others.

Taking part in the Andianppan Yoga Education program was a truly outstanding experience for me. My body is now flexible and fit, and I learned how to teach yoga to others. I am highly thankful.
