It has been a wonderful experience for me. I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of all masters throughout the training, they are very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. I have learnt a lot about advanced yoga poses, alignment, how to enter into a pose using various techniques. Although I am a beginner level student of yoga, I have still learnt about posture’s anatomy and variations, counter poses. I have also received guidance and inspiration from masters how I can work towards my body flexibility and my goal. This course is taught by experienced teachers in the particular field (ayurveda; yoga therapy) and sharing of real life application. The class is delivered in an interactive manner. My understanding of yoga therapy has broadened and deepened greatly after the class. Thank you Anahata and all the masters' guidance; and also thanks to the administration team for the support. Another improvement i suggest is the accuracy of assignment topics on the portal. Master Yogananth sought our feedback the day when he delivered the class to find out the assignment topics were not uploaded accurately to all of us and it was fixed eventually. All the instructors in this course were knowledgeable, passionate and good at teaching. The learning experience was in-depth, and covered a range of topics in yoga - from its history, philosophy, asanas to key points in teaching it to people. The content of learning was both theoretical and practical, and helpful to apply. This course was helpful both to deepen my own yoga practice and provides a starting point for me to teach other people. Besides the learning every Sunday, I've also really enjoyed practising in the group classes and Andiappan classes. Compared with other studios that I went (for example Pure Yoga), Anahata's classes are smaller, more in-depth, and the teachers are more familiar with the bodies and levels of each student.
