One of the motives for me to join this program is deepening my knowledge to have better self-practice and enhance body awareness. It is no doubt that the program offered more than that. During the course of Level 3, I can have much more time to review what we learn and practice from Level 1 and Level 2 with Masters so that I can even understand more and deeper. "You have to learn to move on, "I still remembered when Master Yogananth told us how he had a ski accident and how he rehabilitated the injury through yoga.
