I really like the instructors, they have each different strength and they help develop your mindset for preparation to become a better yogi.

Very detailed learning experience and amazing masters with full of knowledge.

My 300-hours intensive hatha yoga training was fantastic. Unfortunately, it was cut short due to circumstances beyond the school's control (the global outbreak of Covid-19, which required me to return home earlier than anticipated). In spite of this, my time in India was an unforgettable experience. I felt that I spent my days learning about yoga's origins and applications, visiting firsthand heritage sites important to both Yogic and Indian culture, and have departed with a fuller understanding of both yoga and my Andiappan instructors' culture and heritage. The teachers at the school were fantastic, especially Master Raja, who was patient, knowledgeable and focused, while still maintaining interesting and fun classes. Hailing from Hong Kong, I am very fortunate to get to study with Master Yogananth Andiappan regularly; but I really appreciated this opportunity to learn from Master Yogananth (and the other masters) in their homeland and the original environment from which yoga was born. Getting to experience living in India, eating the food, interacting with its friendly people - all have left an irreplaceable impact upon me. I definitely plan to return for further training at the Andiappan School in India (where they made me feel welcome, safe, and looked after). In the meantime, I will continue to digest all that I have learned on this training. I am humbled by the knowledge imparted upon me and I truly feel I have only just begun my personal yoga journey. It was a fruitful experience; I found many answers of my questions related to yoga. The anatomy module was very new and useful.

The Level 3 Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training was a very challenging yet enjoyable experience for me, in which I furthered my practice in yoga and gained insight into the future paths that I could take as a yoga enthusiast.

The course is very good in allowing me to learn more different aspects in yoga and have a more in-depth learning on yoga asana. I do enjoy the course especially the yoga asana classes held by Master Yogananth and yoga anatomy by Master Vishnu. I would consider to continue my yoga leaning in Anahata Yoga in future. It would be great if you can consider to open more Andiappan classes in the other hours of the day or consider to change the graduation requirement from 30 Andiappan courses to 60 group classes.

Feel so warm, all masters and mates are friendly, lovely. when i study my first YTT here, i feel like home.

I am very satisfied. Centre is the most traditional and professional to learn yoga. All teachers are very talented and friendly.

The mat brings me joy both in the body and in the soul. I’m forever grateful to the inner benefits that comes with my everyday practise. Yoga in Sanskrit can be translated as ‘union’ and ‘method of technique’. Thanks to my yoga training I’ve deepened the understanding of yoga, I’ve learnt it is not just breathing and sweating. Beyond the asana - the postures and breathing techniques - Yoga is much more. It’s a philosophy that teaches the suppression of all the activities of the body and mind.

I enjoyed the YTT course so much, I have learned a lot about different aspects of yoga, all yoga masters are very experienced and taught the class from the heart. I would like to consider joining another course in the near future!
