I enjoy learning in Anahata Yoga. The teachers are enthusiastic and rich in teaching experience. We are not just learning different postures, but also knowing more about the history of yoga, anatomy and class sequencing methods. Through plenty of Andiappan Yoga classes and Group Practice classes, we can improve the alignment, modification and variation of asanas. Although I was feeling quite nervous about the teaching assessment class, it is a special experience to inspire us how to be a better yoga teacher. This course gave me a greater appreciation for the practice of Yoga in general. The wealth of knowledge in not only how to practice yoga but how to find what practices work best for myself and my future students is invaluable. Other than attending class, I've found it important to integrate my learnings into my regular practice for better results. It is definitely a time commitment but with the dedicated teachers and the in-class interaction, it is completely worth it. The studio also quickly adapted to having to conduct many theory lessons through Zoom and I think their efficient crisis management during COVID situation really helped with the transition to online classes. Very experienced and helpful Masters leading the whole course. Masters are helpful in addressing students' needs and attending to students' questions. Wished the course could be done in person instead of virtually but the studio allowed choices for students to defer which makes it more flexible. Only thing is that I would have hoped the studio would allow further defer in group classes and andiappan classes, as I almost have not attend any andiappan classes yet so far, those classes would have been so useful. Overall was quite a pleasant experience.

My favorite session is the asanas lectures where masters were so detailed at explaining each basic poses with clear demonstrations. 3 months course has been very educative and beneficial and fun! Thank you. Would appreciate it if there are more in-depth, advanced poses introduced in this course but i understand this is a foundation course. .
