One of the motives for me to join this program is deepening my knowledge to have better self-practice and enhance body awareness. It is no doubt that the program offered more than that. During the course of Level 3, I can have much more time to review what we learn and practice from Level 1 and Level 2 with Masters so that I can even understand more and deeper. Moreover, Masters taught some partner yoga and practiced with us. It's very interesting and I can teach my own yoga class by using some of these partner yoga postures. I am very glad that I joined the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in Anahata Yoga. The Yoga masters are professional and helpful. Through the course, I gained a better understanding of yoga’s philosophy and history. This course is very good at introducing the basics of yoga in terms of philosophy, history and an overall spectrum of different aspects of the practices. While I thoroughly enjoy the course, I wish the time for each module can be extended further so as to allow students more time to absorb the knowledge - the schedule is quite intense.
