Very experienced and helpful Masters leading the whole course. Masters are helpful in addressing students' needs and attending to students' questions. Wished the course could be done in person instead of virtually but the studio allowed choices for students to defer which makes it more flexible. Only thing is that I would have hoped the studio would allow further defer in group classes and andiappan classes, as I almost have not attend any andiappan classes yet so far, those classes would have been so useful. Overall was quite a pleasant experience.

My favorite session is the asanas lectures where masters were so detailed at explaining each basic poses with clear demonstrations. 3 months course has been very educative and beneficial and fun! Thank you. Would appreciate it if there are more in-depth, advanced poses introduced in this course but i understand this is a foundation course. .

The teachers are nice and professional. The overall course structure designed are nice but could be even better if more proportion is allocated for teaching practices. I especially would like to thank master Raja for his patience and great efforts in teaching our batch. His teaching on practical asanas are very helpful for our future teaching. His feedback is very constructive and on point as well. The required hours of 1-hour lessons are of good quality and diversity too. Besides, the Andiappan classes are good for our preparation in teaching yoga in the future too. Knowing that right now, Andiappan classes are available on Saturday and Sunday as well, it would be much better than in the past for students to have a greater selection on the time slot.Thank you

There has been lots of unexpected events happened during the tenure of the training, from social events to the covid-19 outbreak. There were truly complicated and unforeseen moments happened that added more uncertainty and difficulties to the training and experiences.
