I would say, being certified as a Yoga instructor from here was one of the best decisions I have ever taken in my life. First I would like to Thank all Guru’s I met here. Aruna Mam teaching is well structured, with excellent explanations and she clarifies all doubts with a smiling face. Master Raja knows very well to give modifications to achieve Goal Asana , He really has more patience and a smiling face jolly yet will definitely make everyone to do asana’s, strengthening postures each and every asana’s. Also would like to extend thanks to Nivedita Mam is excellent in correcting postures, very jovial . Thank you for Jeya Bharathi Mam for correcting postures and encouraging them to do all asana’s . Thank you to Master Prakash for his excellent teaching and first made us understand Yoga is for everyone and encourages us to Practice daily what we learned from here. His teaching is perfect and makes us understand the importance of alignment posture and practice. His teaching and his advice are very encouraging and never be forgotten in entire life. Thank you for Master Shyam , he also has so much patience and perfect teaching of preparatory and asanas. Thank you for Gowri Mam, She always explains the topic very well and in-depth and makes us to understand the importance of the subject to Yoga Asana’s Explanations are clear and crisp and she make sure that we all understood it perfectly. Thank you for Ezhili Mam for explaining clearly and interestingly. She makes sure that we are doing pranayama's perfectly and have more patience to clear everyone’s doubt. Each and every Teacher’s cared so much to everyone and made us to achieve asana’s through perfect preparation and taught a lot which is very precious for one’s life. Thank you to all Teacher’s . The teachers are experienced and nice. The course has sharpened my skills. But I hope that there will be more time on the asana module.

It was a wonderful learning journey, and I would like to give thanks to all the masters sharing their knowledge and experiences in different aspects of yoga therapy. I appreciated the strong passion shared by the masters especially Master Vishnu from whom i learnt a lot about the yoga therapy traditions, anatomy, ayurvedic principles and not to say Marmas. I am so glad I have joined the Yoga Therapy TT Course. Not only I have learned a lot about yoga therapy and how beneficial it is to many illnesses both physical and mental, I have also gained knowledge on anatomy and the benefits of Ayurveda. The Masters who taught are very knowledgeable and patient. Following my certification of being a Yoga Therapy Teacher, I would very much like to give back to the community through AYC's various classes.

In this course, I learnt a lot form every master, I have a more in-depth understanding about yoga, not only the asanas but also the other aspects like some behaviors and daily practices. I once thought that yoga is to help us gain a healthy body but after the course, I understand that yoga is a kind of lifestyle, a lifestyle with healthy mind, body and soul.

I really enjoyed all three weeks of intensive learning with the masters. It was a great experience and I deepened my yoga journey. All masters are very knowledgeable and supportive, and also able to answer all questions. Thank you very much and hope to continue my studies with you more.

The course provided a great foundation in yoga theories, human anatomy, yoga practices, and also yoga teaching approaches, which are very useful and insightful. I have seen my own improvements in yoga practices and also mental development in just a few months. The knowledge I learned was really practical, not only in yoga teaching/ practices but in day-to-day life. I enjoyed the experience very much but there is still room for improvement for the administration of the course.

All masters are so experienced and knowledgeable. I’ve learned the true meaning of Yoga and how we should behave in a yogic way. I’ve realized yoga is so much more than just asana practice. And also anatomy knowledge are so useful for our own practice as we have learned more about our body. It is my honour to hop on this yoga journey with the teachings of master Raja, Mahesh, Vishnu, and Yogananth. Not only have I enriched myself with knowledge and history of yoga by their teachings, I am also inspired by their humility and loving personalities. In the very beginning. I was concerned about the language of the YTT course which is teaching in English. I am not a native English speaker as I’m a local Hongkonger. Regarding the conversation with the consultant, She told me Anahata has many similar students who have completed the course successfully since the classes are practical oriented and interactive. All the masters are professional. Besides the Asana skills, they shared a lot of Indian traditions that we can’t learn from other local Yoga studios. They shared their experiences and analysis the evolution of yoga from India to other countries. I learned a lot more than I expected in this teacher training course. Thank you to all the Master and my classmate.

I have been enjoying the training process so much, but I understand also need to put in a lot of effort, as it's a lot of new things, its memorable, and lovely, especially while we were having the group training. Thank you to all the Masters for teaching us from the heart.

Teachers are good at explaining the anatomy of the yoga poses and showing great patience. I'm glad to learn the philosophy, history, lifestyle, and anatomy of yoga poses instead of learning difficult poses only.
