Thank you for bringing me a great journey to yoga.

Very holistic and lots of key information. Not just a course for yogis, it also contained a lot of information on treating wellness and overall physical and mental health.

The course has really extended my knowledge not only on kids yoga but on overall yoga as a practice and a way of life. Teachers were extremely well educated and gave their knowledge in a very good manner. Pranayama and mediation section was my favourite part and I would like to learn more about it. thank you.

The course helps me to understand "what is yoga" and guide us on the way to prepare as a teacher.

It has been a wonderful experience and I have learned a lot about the history, purpose of yoga practice, and the important role and various techniques of meditation and pranayama as crucial parts of yoga. I have also learned about the anatomy and approaches to various asanas, which gives me a lot more clarity during my practice. Through being aware of my own mind, body, and breath, I feel much calmer and in control, and it gives me a better attitude towards different experiences in life.

I really enjoyed attending the YTT course, especially the Andiappan classes where we had the chance to practice the poses that we had just learned. There was also an opportunity to ask the teachers to explain the poses more in detail. I appreciate the patience of the teachers. Thank you.

The course is a great learning experience for me to deepen my overall insight into Yoga and its philosophy. The teachers were excellent with deep knowledge on the subject matter that they were teaching. I enjoyed the online classes and wish to take more advanced courses in the near future. Dear Teachers, the whole course was a big inspiration for me, as I had very limited knowledge about the subject. I have done a few short kids yoga courses, but nothing like this before. I am working in after school club and so far, we have tried the partner poses, both indoors and outdoors. They really enjoyed it and made up lots of poses of their own, it was fun. Thank you for all the time and energy you have put into it, I really appreciate your hard work and I am sure Kids around the world will greatly benefit from your experience and knowledge. The quality of teaching from the masters is so high. I have learned so much not only about yoga but about the attitude of living. It totally has changed my lifestyle and I would recommend it to anyone who is not only interested to become a teacher but also to deep one's knowledge of "yoga."

The learning process of this Teacher Training was so enjoyable. We wish to have more teaching practice sections, it will be great to have more chances for the classmates to step on the stage and teach the class.

Is it possible for an aged body like mine to pass YTT200? Not quite, if the days at Anahata had not been nourished by our caring masters and loving peer. I had my first headstand with confidence built by Master Vishnu’s encouraging smiles; my first lift off to crow through the step-by-step modifications taught by Master Keshav; and never would I forget Master Mahesh’s persistence to see me accomplish a clumsy handstand on the wall after repeated failures, and his request to “smile” from the class’ tense faces holding up the pose, which made the room burst into laughter. Of course, the journey, like mentioned in our YTT handbook, should be more than asanas. Countless were there moments that inspired our minds and touched my hearts: Master Yogananth, who filled our Sunday mornings with teachings that made a note pad filled with scribbles that we longed for more; and Master Raja’s questioning which helped the dreamy heads stay focused and dig into the PowerPoint for revision on the MTR before stepping into the studio. And lucky enough, I met peer who were kind to show me a trick, to give a hands-on alignment and to go through all challenges by adding synergy and support. Not only were these loving hearts found in the YTT200 classroom, I met some inspiring seniors in the Andiappan sessions. There were days when the advanced students, apparently advanced enough to have inherited heartily, would offer helping tips to make me tumble less. It would not have been possible, for my clumsy aged body and ignorant mind to gain so much from the 200 hours spent, if I had not stepped into the studio for a trial out of my comfort zone. I am still inadequate, incompetent and green. Yet, thank you masters and everyone I met on the course, for taking me to the very first step to see the beauty of Yoga. And thank you Valery and Nicole, your warm greetings made us feel like home : )

I would say, being certified as a Yoga instructor from here was one of the best decisions I have ever taken in my life. First I would like to Thank all Guru’s I met here. Aruna Mam teaching is well structured, with excellent explanations and she clarifies all doubts with a smiling face. Master Raja knows very well to give modifications to achieve Goal Asana , He really has more patience and a smiling face jolly yet will definitely make everyone to do asana’s, strengthening postures each and every asana’s. Also would like to extend thanks to Nivedita Mam is excellent in correcting postures, very jovial . Thank you for Jeya Bharathi Mam for correcting postures and encouraging them to do all asana’s . Thank you to Master Prakash for his excellent teaching and first made us understand Yoga is for everyone and encourages us to Practice daily what we learned from here. His teaching is perfect and makes us understand the importance of alignment posture and practice. His teaching and his advice are very encouraging and never be forgotten in entire life. Thank you for Master Shyam , he also has so much patience and perfect teaching of preparatory and asanas. Thank you for Gowri Mam, She always explains the topic very well and in-depth and makes us to understand the importance of the subject to Yoga Asana’s Explanations are clear and crisp and she make sure that we all understood it perfectly. Thank you for Ezhili Mam for explaining clearly and interestingly. She makes sure that we are doing pranayama's perfectly and have more patience to clear everyone’s doubt. Each and every Teacher’s cared so much to everyone and made us to achieve asana’s through perfect preparation and taught a lot which is very precious for one’s life. Thank you to all Teacher’s . The teachers are experienced and nice. The course has sharpened my skills. But I hope that there will be more time on the asana module.
