I really enjoyed the course. Even though I took the online option, I didn't feel left out and all the masters made sure I was included as best they could. All the masters are extremely dedicated and thorough in their knowledge. My practice will continue and I hope that I will be able to participate in the advanced course as well. Thank you for providing me with such an incredible opportunity. Since I am not always able to attend the studio, I am grateful for the online option. Regularly practicing online has really helped me to stay on top of my practice.

All the masters are very patient and I gained a lot from the trainings. I learned a lot more than just the postures, but I learned a lot about myself and how to live a fulfilling and peaceful life. Namaste!

I enjoyed the 100 hours Inversion TT course very much. The structure of the course helped us to a progression. Learning and understanding the fundamental skills in preparation to different approaches to asanas are critical in inversion. During the course, I've learnt how important it is to do the proper warm ups/preparations for the inversion that we would aim to practice, which ensure we do it in a safety ways. Besides the progression I've achieved in inversion, my body has definitely been strengthened through the training, my flexibility has been improved, and I became more stable physically and mentally because of the concentration during practices. I'm so grateful for Master Yogananth sharing his knowledges and skills with us, teaching us in a constructive ways and paces, leading us to understand ourselves better to achieve progressions. After taking the 200 hours teacher training, it has enabled me to gain a deeper understanding of the Indian culture and the eight limbs of yoga. Meditation is an area where I hope to explore more in the future. If you are seeking a deeper understanding of yoga as well as yoga as a holistic practice, I highly recommend Anahata yoga.

As part of my 200-hour YTT program, not only did I learn asana poses, but I also learned yoga philosophy, yoga history, and breathing techniques. I enjoyed learning the teacher training and all the classes that comes with the training. The teachers at Anahata Yoga as full of knowledge and skills. The teaching style is very efficient and there is a wonderful learning environment. Its inspiring to see how students progress in their practice here. My favorite module in the teacher training is the teaching technique module, and the advice from the teachers is very helpful.
