The teachers are patient and inspiring. We practiced in a safe way, and I have noticed a big improvement in my asana practice. In addition, I feel more confident about teaching others. Thank you for the opportunity!

I strongly recommend the Kids' training course to everyone interested in this field. I am extremely grateful to all the masters who shared their knowledge and experience with us. It was well structured, as well as very well explained yoga philosophy as well as all the asanas. I was a student on this online course and each master made sure to interact with us. This YTT course has exceeded my expectation. The modules on yoga history, pranayama and anatomy contain very useful knowledge and are very informative. I became very interested in these topics and eager to read more on these. The course is well structured and balanced that span sufficient time on each important aspect. This course was extremely comprehensive and practical. All the masters have a very wide range of knowledge and expertise that blend really well together in providing us a holistic training experience. I had to complete the course online due to unexpected, pandemic related, change in circumstances. However, this did not impact any of the lessons or knowledge imparted. I am very grateful for this experience. I will defenitly cotinue my practice with Anahata Yoga and learn from the Masters.

My experience with this 200-hour yoga teacher training program has been excellent. Through it, I have gained a deeper understanding of yoga and have improved my asana practice, as well as learned a lot about the philosophy of yoga, anatomy and breathing techniques. There is a great deal of knowledge and inspiration from the masters, and it is a pleasure to take the classes.

My experience with the course was wonderful. I learned so much, especially in regard to teaching techniques, modifications, breathing techniques, as well as the asana poses. The teachers in this course are very helpful and go the extra mile.

As I attended the course online, I gained a lot of knowledge about anatomy as well as tridosha understanding of diseases and conditions. The fact that we had different teachers allowed us to see different approaches to yoga therapy. I would have liked to have been able to join my classmates in the studio too. It was a great effort on the part of the teachers to include online students in the demonstrations and they always asked if we could see them clearly. It was a pleasure to take this course with you all. I look forward to using my knowledge to the best of my ability.

I came into this course with a very basic knowledge and understanding of Yoga, even after three years of consistent practice. I left a much more knowledgeable and confident practitioner and future teacher. I have been practicing yoga consistently for the last three years and always knew that there were certain poses that I was not comfortable with. After completing this course I feel much more comfortable in my practice and have the knowledge to now teach people basic poses and improve my self practice. The teachers at Anahata are all wonderful and have such good patience and knowledge of yoga. I really enjoyed the way that Master Keshav and Master Mahesh taught us, they are amazing teachers with knowledge for every type of student at every level. I enjoyed learning about the anatomy and different benefits of each posture. I liked learning about the different alignment modifications and seeing the progression of each pose, but really looking at the “why” of the practice. I would highly recommend this course and studio to anyone that is looking to improve their knowledge and understanding of yoga. I like how this studio does not churn out commercial yoga but actually teaches how to teach and the steps/processes/benefits of yoga. I am happy with my learning experience and overall experience of the course. I feel much stronger and look forward to continuing my practice and looking to gain teaching experience.
