It is a pleasure to work with all the masters, they are all very knowledgeable and very nice. The kriya cleansing techniques were skipped due to Covid, I was a little disappointed.

I am really grateful that I have the chance to study in Anahata, a very professional and well establish yoga academy. I love yoga as a daily practice since I was very young but I never know the whole philosophy of yoga. In this course, especially the teaching of scientific way and the historical way, made me understand much more about yoga and wanna practice it and promote it lifelong to acheive a peaceful mind and body with our society.

Having not done a foundation yoga teacher training course, I feel that I am still lacking in technical knowledge, such as how to guide the children step by step into the poses. Although I am confident that will come with practice, I would have benefitted from more instruction onn the technical side of how to teach children the steps of how to move into poses. I really enjoyed hearing the personal experiences from Master Vishnu, Master Dyana and Master Yogananth. I have truly deepened my own practice through the Andiappan sessions. Ethan, Jeremy and Trishna were charming and it was a pleaure to meet them.

I have truly enjoyed my experience in the YTT class, where I had the opportunity to interact with a number of professional masters who provided me with valuable guidance on the nuances of yoga. Prior to this, I was unaware of the various steps involved in entering a pose, such as the need for proper warm-up, postures and counter movements. The course covered a range of topics including anatomy, yoga history, pranayama and asana, and I have learnt a great deal. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience for me.

It was wonderful experience to study YTT in Anahata. All masters are very passionate and nice in teaching with sharing their yoga experience. Learning yoga in Anahata can really realize the meaning of Union of yoga, while we connect our body and mind, we gain more true happiness from our heart and the sprit did spread and share while practicing with Masters in Anahata. Thanks to the 300hr training course, I now possess greater knowledge and confidence to teach students. The course was extremely beneficial for my teaching practice and provided an immersive learning experience.

It has helped us gain a deeper understanding of yoga, the anatomy behind it, as well as the importance of maintaining a balanced practice of it. I enjoyed the Yoga history and introduction module conducted by Master Raja, and I would like to study anatomy in greater depth. I think Master Keshav's classes are very clear and engaging.
