Online course certification for prenatal yoga was effective and conducted professionally. The instructors were great sources of knowledge and welcomed every question from the students. Special mention to the 2 hrs Andiappan classes which were very effective. It gave me an opportunity to learn from Master Yogananth, Master Vishnu, Master Rajadurai and Master Maharajan, Master Dilip Pillai, Master Dhiraj, Master Anuja and Master Edith. It has been a wonderful experience. All the teachers were so patient and knowledgeable and they explain every step with benefits. Also the practical classes were beneficial and I was able to do many poses that I could not do before, like headstand. My arm and core strength have improved a lot in this period. This course provides a great introduction to yoga and allows me to develop a greater appreciation and awareness when practising yoga. It is great to be able to learn from all the masters and get to progress my learning in a more systematic way. There are always so much to learn from the masters and all of the ones I have encountered are kind, thoughtful, and care about the students. With the public health situation, unfortunately, I cannot have hands-on practices from the body anatomy section and learn about kriya so I do feel missing some part from the learning. The Andiappan class is one of my favourites from the program,I truly enjoy my learning at Anahata Yoga.

The course was fun and substantial which helped me understand more about yoga in different aspects. Masters were nice and willing to teach us and helped us whenever we had questions. However, the arrangement of the course under the COVID-19 situation can be better especially there is no arrangement for the cleansing method lesson. It is understood that now is not a good time for everyone to try cleansing the the same room. I would really like to learn the cleansing method. Hope things will get better in the future.
