This is a well-structured course, students should learn about the yoga essentials including its history, theories, energy etc. I am waiting for the centre to open after this temporarily closure and hope to interact with the teachers more.

The Course is wonderful experience with me overall. Especially, the Andiappan classes are awesome. The teachers are highly professional.

This course is well-structured taught by knowledgeable masters. Amid the epidemic, we are provided with various options to complete the course, allowing flexibility and abundant time. The course covers topics ranging from history and origin of yoga, anatomy to asanas, equipping the prospective yoga teachers-to-be with the essential knowledge, teaching methods and inspirations. I'm thankful for all masters who patiently answered our questions, guided us through the asana module practice and practical assessment.

It has been one of the best learning experience in my life. The course really helped me to gain knowledge about yoga philosophy, asana, pranayama, and anatomy. All the masters are very knowledgeable and willing to share. I am so grateful for Master Yogananth, Master Vishnu, Master Mahesh, Master Raja and Master Dhiraj for their guidance and generosity of sharing their knowledge and experience. The teaching quality is very professional, I have learned a lots from different maters. Truly appreciate the school to arrange different masters to teach the topics according to their background, which is very fruitful and precious for me. Its a great Experience for me to learn Online Prenatal Yoga Course from IYA and Andiappan Yoga. In this covid situation,Spent my days in learning yoga from Great Masters is a milestone in my life journey. Group classes were good.Andiappan 2 Hours classes were useful for me to approach difficult poses. After attending the Pranayama and Meditation Teacher Training Course, I have a deepen knowledge and understanding of meditation, learnt different ways to experience meditation. It also promoted to the practice of the Asanas. Thanks to all masters for their dedicated teaching, so that we can continue the classes with inner peace under the epidemic situation of COVID‐19. I enjoyed meeting fellow passionate yoga practitioners and learning together during classes. About half of the classes were conducted online given the COVID circumstances, which was unfortunate but ultimately unavoidable but it was well arranged. I think the in-person classes would be better for learning and interaction. My favourite modules were the Yoga Anatomy module taught by Master Vishnu, and the Asana practical module taught by Master Yogananth and Master Mahesh.

Thank you so much for conducting the course online. It was a blessing to attend the course from staying in saudi arabia. Masters who conducted the theory class shared knowledge from their own experience was very helpful. Online practical classes were also guided with individual attention which was near equal to direct interactive class.

I opted for 100 hours of Kids teacher training course. The syllabus is very neatly structured. The masters explained each and every techniques which could be followed to teach yoga for kids. They even explained how the yoga practice would differ from kid to kid and even from kid to adult. we discussed more about Anatomy themes, animal themes, Yoga stories, poems etc that can be used to keep the class more interactive. It was a great experience learning Animal themes from Master Yogananth himself. It was a great pleasure learning under him. Yoga Nidra sessions from Master Dhiraj was so good. Other than the Kids yoga teacher training, 30 yoga sessions were offered by experienced Yoga teachers for our practice. When I met with a minor accident and injured my lower back, the staffs were so generous to extend my 30 yoga sessions for more month when I requested for the same. Thanks a ton for that. The over all experience was so good. During this pandemic, all the online sessions were neatly organised. Eagerly waiting to take up other courses as well in the near future. Thanks again!

Great learning experience. I am very much interested in continuing my learning experience on yoga with Anahata Yoga

Level 2 of the advanced hatha yoga teacher training was equally demanding to Level 1. Intense warm ups that led to advanced poses with great anatomical insights as well as modifications and variations suitable for all levels of students. This is a training that even established yoga teachers will benefit from!!

All Masters are very knowledgable and willing to teach students with detailed explanation. Andiappan class is very good as it focuses on specific theme each time. However the andiappan classes are sometimes very difficult to book, wish I can complete the 30 classes and so to fulfil the 200 hours teaching training in this course. Namaste!

I really enjoyed learning from Master Yogananth. I felt that I got the most out of the classes he taught. His teaching method is very clear, the information makes sense, it is applicable, and useful for teaching the material. I also felt inspired to learn more on other topics as a result of taking those classes with him. I do enjoy all of the yoga classes that I take at Anahata and I think the masters there are fantastic and I will continue to happily take their classes. I felt that I have grown as a yoga student for having learned under some of the masters there and I am grateful to them for their wisdom and knowledge.
