I had the best experience at Anahata Yoga. This course deepening my practice as well as giving me the foundation of becoming a yoga instructor.

Firstly,I would like to express my appreciation and heartfelt thanks to the administrators and teachers of IYA,HK and Asana Andiappan Chennai centres. I am very glad that I enrolled in the online Prenatal yoga training course with HK centre, as I got to meet and learn from various experts. ( I would say pillars in the yoga community). The support I got and the knowledge I acquired in both theory and practical modules are immense. In both modules,teachers took time to clear doubts and shared many tips / knowledge which will be very useful in my teacher's training. I loved the interaction between teachers and students throughout this course. My preferred choice to get training will always be " in person". Nevertheless, the teaching style was not compromised in online learning. I am truly blessed to have had such amazing teaching faculty.Thank you Dr.Anjhana, Master Dheeraj, Master Dileep and Master Vishnu for sharing the wealth of your knowledge in both theory and practical modules.All of you have an excellent approach to teaching and answering questions related to anatomy, pranayama and deep relaxation methods, asanas and its variations. Attending practical sessions with Master Yogananth, Master Dheeraj,Master Maharajan, Master Keshav, Master Vishnu, Master Mahesh Iyappan and last but not the least ,Master Rajadurai,has been a new learning experience everyday. Their unique expertise, dedication to teaching and caring nature is a true blessing for all the trainees. It's a wonderful idea to have an online teacher - student interaction ,question and answer session after each practical lesson.

The Yoga Therapy Teacher Training was a fantastic course - it really broadened my knowledge around yoga from a holistic perspective and how it can be utilised to improve overall mind and body health. While the course was comprehensive and great for my learning and development, it also made me aware of how much more there is to learn around yoga and yoga therapy. I really look forward to continue this learning process. My great thanks to all the Masters who shared their time and knowledge to assist my development - they all provide great guidance and insight in their unique individual style, they made the learning process fun and challenged me to look for further opportunity to develop knowledge and skills.

Online course certification for prenatal yoga was effective and conducted professionally. The instructors were great sources of knowledge and welcomed every question from the students. Special mention to the 2 hrs Andiappan classes which were very effective. It gave me an opportunity to learn from Master Yogananth, Master Vishnu, Master Rajadurai and Master Maharajan, Master Dilip Pillai, Master Dhiraj, Master Anuja and Master Edith. Great course and I highly recommend it.

This is a Wonderful experience. Masters are very patient and so supportive. It was a good to experience different teaching styles by different teachers. I am happy to learn from them. learning meditation is also an amazing experience. This course helps me a lot both spritually and physically.

It has been a wonderful experience. All the teachers were so patient and knowledgeable and they explain every step with benefits. Also the practical classes were beneficial and I was able to do many poses that I could not do before, like headstand. My arm and core strength have improved a lot in this period. I was able to appreciate the yoga philosophy much better than before. It gives a sense of achievement. I want to specifically mention Master Maharajan who was very helpful even after class hours and supported in many ways in whatsapp by guiding us.

The YTT Program became an eye opener for me personally. The understanding on the philosophy and the benefits enlightened me. The course itself is very well organized. Every teacher is sincere and dedicated. Every session starts on time every time and although it is online the teacher pays attention to every individual and do the posture correction. Also, they are very friendly and so the classes never appear to be a burden. If there is any difficulty in connecting to the class the Team provides instant support. I feel like I have learnt something new which is going to come along with me in the years to come. I thank the Institute, teachers and all other staff for having given me such wonderful experience.

The YTT training is a treasurable experience for me. I started yoga practices at Anahata Yoga sometimes earlier and have been inspiring by their experienced masters. Later on I join this YTT program to explore more the wider spectrum of the yoga space such as the philosophy, anatomy, pranayama and meditation, and the teaching technique topic is very useful as a guide how to help others. The masters are very passionate to teach the students. I look forward to the other upcoming teacher training programs to further my journey in the yoga space. The Pranayama and Meditation course is a great course, we learn the philosophy and theories and also experience the practice of various meditation techniques and pranayama methods. I somewhat got a lots of problems from my worklife, learning pranayama and meditation helps me with the right direction and practice to move out from there and towards a healthy life. The benefits from this course is invaluable. Lastly, thank you all the masters with great hearts teaching us and patience explaining the details to us in the class.

This course has offered me great in-depth insights into meditation and has corrected some of the mindsets that I previously had towards meditation. Listening to the sharings from different masters was very inspiring. I have learned a lot about the culture, rituals, and beliefs of yoga. It has strengthened my yoga knowledge and motivation in practicing regularly every day. Would definitely recommend this course to the others!

The kids yoga lessons are full of fun. I learnt a lot of knowledge about the kids yoga and how to teach children. Master are excellent and highly experienced.

It is a valuable kids yoga teacher training with good masters. Besides, I can learn from both online and traditional face to face. The school provided a flexible management of the classes during this time. Thanks!

Very good course, I learned a lot from the masters.

It was a very comprehensive and in-depth 200 hour YTT course covering both practical and theory components. The only pity was Covid which moved a majority of our learning online. The practical components of the course were very enjoyable and enlightening. Thank you.
