Here I come for the second time...I never get bored with the classes. I’m learning new techniques and a new approach in the second visit. Newly added classes such as yoga alignment and pavanamuktasana series are fascinating and thrilling...as everyone knows the teaching spirit of Maharajan sir, Rajadurai sir, Prakash sir always elevated to the sky level. Each of them has their own style of teaching which delivers a different approach. Definitely, a thumb up teaching session which makes students attentive focused and enjoyed. Practical session by Dr Gowri , Dr Subashini and Ms Ezhili is equally delivered in a professional manner. I’m going back with a new spirit and hopefully, I will come back again to learn more. I am Jayabarathi Prabhu.I would like to share my yoga experience as a student of master Maharajan who is my teacher. Yoga very new to me and started like a journey to myself .It all began with the focus on physical Asanas but gradually through the practice ,I started to notice awareness has expanded greatly. Raja master is the best teacher I ever had .His teaching is extraordinary and motivation improved me to get more deeper into yoga. His techniques & variation are amazing. Its been a great learning experience and I have made so many gains in flexibility ,strength and overall focus. He is my inspiration. A big thanks you sir. The past month has been a really amazing experience for me. I learned lots from every teacher - special mention to Mr. Prakash and Mr. Rajadurai. Learning yoga in India is something I recommend to everyone - it's so different from the west and the experience strengthens you both as a student and teacher. I very much enjoyed the lessons on pranayama, mudras, and naturopathy. The teacher who taught yoga sutras was also very insightful. I made some great friends in the process and I will forever remember these past 20 days - they will always have a special place in my heart. I can't wait to come back to Chennai soon! To all the new coming students - make an effort to enjoy every moment because the program will be done before you know it!

Dear Team, First and foremost I take this opportunity given to thank the whole team for the opportunity to learn yoga during a crucial juncture in my life at this esteemed institution. From the initial approach I made via website, the correspondence via online was excellent with clear and prompt response. The training I received on Hatha Yoga under Master Raja training was excellent. I found my mentor and guru in Raja Sir. Within a short period of 18 days Raja Sir with his humbleness and excellent guiding skills transformed me to do unbelievable amount of variations specially working on my posture which had gone bad with years of slacking and working in front of laptop. Rajadurai Master, Anna Durai Master and Ezhilil Maam were excellent. Gowri Maam had momemts of Mastery. If there is point that I would like to highlight for the improvement of this esteemed program is the communication and scheduling of courses. This includes communication and planning between Management and teachers, teachers and students, Management and teachers. Understandably the time we were studying, a big shift was happening with relocating of the place. Hence in-spite of the challenges faced we were looked after satisfactorily. When suggestion and feedback were given Master Raja and Ezhili Maam acted upon it asap. The best of my course happened unexpectedly when I was able to get the Certificate from Guruji Andiappan during Vijayadasami. Even if i had planned this would not had happened. Overall this experience has had a excellent impact on me already. I will cherish the 20 days i spent at this great institution as last batch of students in the old building. Please accept my sincere thanks and please do not feel offended by the suggestions i have interlaced within my feedback. I am writing with pure heart with the wish of seeing this great institution founded by Guruji to flourish and thrive. To whomsoever it may concern It has been a great privilege for me to undergo HATHA YTT 500hours course at Asana Andiyappan Yoga Center in Chennai during May 2018. The course was very structured in terms of both theory and practical sessions with a good focus on Human Anatomy, yoga history, Naturopathy, Siddha and Ayurveda basics, Asana basics and practical workouts. I also had the opportunity to enjoy special retreats like leaf bath, oil bath, mud bath and yoga kriyas to rejuvenate and replenish myself. My sincere thanks goes to Master Raja, Master EZhili, Master Prakash, Master Rajadurai, Master Anna Durai, Master Chamundi, Master Kavita, Master Dinesh, Master Gowri, Master Suhasini and many others who has helped me to understand the concept of HATHA yoga . My special thanks to Master Raja who has been the pillar of support for me and my colleagues whose constant motivation has helped us to groom ourselves as yoga teachers. He is a very sincere teacher and has a very pleasant approach to every student in the class. He possesses immense yoga knowledge and expertise whose guidance has helped me to understand and learn HATHA yoga art in a very short period of time. Thank you to the Andiappan team for an overall pleasant experience during my 100hr TTC. The staff we all greatly accommodating and friendly. The lecturers were professional and extremely well conversed in the specific areas of teaching.

I have never met the teachers like Master Raja, Rajadurai and Prakash. I enjoy every moments of the lessons that they taught! They are extremely good at teaching practicals and also theory. I am surprised that how the masters approach for one asana, and how they explained the alignments of asana. The knowledge is very useful for either self practice or teaching. Moreover, I like the pranayama's part too. I learnt a lot and will definitely practice it every day. The school that I went before never focus on pranayama(though they did teach some of pranayama). Therefore, the experience is totally new for me. All in all, thanks everyone in the school. Thanks for your patience. Thanks for your instructions. All the teachers here are so experienced, skilful and knowledgable! I wish to meet you all again.

I’m very happy with the course content, I’ve learned so much from different teachers. I enjoyed so much the morning asana classes where I learn a lot and it was the first time in a long time, that I had time to focus completely on the training. Master Raja is one of the best teachers I ever had, he is very knowledgeable and you can see that he makes his classes for everyone one, having always an alternative for all the students. Mr Rajadurai is very knowledgeable also and I love his passion for teaching, his explanations and demonstrations are very clear and you can really focus in what you are doing. Mr Prakash, Ms Priyanka, Dr Gowri, Ms Ezhili, I can see they were very prepared at the moment to teach and the information they give us is very important and necessary for the training and for teaching yoga. A very good experience in learning. Wide amount of knowledge was shared in all the sessions. All the teachers and masters gave us an excellent learning experience. The teaching methodology of the teachers itself is a learning for us to instruct our clients.

The course was very informative making my knowledge of yoga more in depth. The masters who taught the course were very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I learned much more about yoga than I would have imagined. At times, it would a bit overwhelming learning all the anatomy of human body but it made me realize how important it is to have that knowledge to teach students properly. My favorite part of the course was the Asana part taught by master Yogananth. He is just amazing! Looking at his postures itself is an inspiration. I wished it lasted longer in the end. I was sad it was over but I m looking forward to continuing my practice at Anahata. Thank you!

The course was intensive with a lot of knowledge sharing. I learnt a lot and it’s definitely given me more confidence to go out and teach. The instructors knew a lot in their field and took care to make sure that each and everyone of us understood their class. The only change in the course structure that I would have liked is if the Dosha class was in the beginning of the course and not end because the terms were used a lot in the rest of the classes and we didn’t have a full understanding. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to coming back for an advanced course.
