Each teacher has their own unique specialty, which I have observed and noted: Master Raja: a wealth of knowledge on both theoretical and practical ways of attaining posture Master Shyam: simple yet effective methods for attaining poses, including therapeutic approaches Master Jaya Bharathi: focuses on happy hip opening, hamstring, and breathing techniques with ease Balaji Master: emphasizes strengthening, including arm balancing and core strengthening Master Vaishnav: innovates yoga with various flows to increase body strength and flexibility Master Rupesh: combines traditional and modern methods with props to strengthen the body Master Kumaran: specializes in twisting poses to tone the body Master Prakash: provides theory and practical approaches to Surya namaskar and vinyasa classes for enhanced learning and teaching Master Nivedha: focuses on moon salutation and provides theoretical knowledge on anatomy, Mudhras, Bandhas, Kriyas Master Nivedita: teaches yoga series of backbending and hamstring Madam Gowrikalyanasundaram: teaches theoretical anatomy classes to enhance understanding Last but not least, I want to give a shoutout to my inspiring peers Sudhakiran, Priya, Ramzan, and Gunasundari.
