I started my yoga journey in 2016 . At first I just aimed to tone my body by attending some yoga classes , I had no ideas what yoga really is. After attending yoga classes regularly , I have seen changes in my physicial body , I do become much stronger and I have found myself so much more calmness and happiness . Because of this magic changes , I started to feel curious about what yoga really meant to me. So , in 2018, I decided to attend the 200 hours yoga teacher training course at Anahata Yoga in Hong Kong . The teacher training course boarden my knowledge on yoga in different aspect. And I hope to make use of what I have learnt to movitate or even inspire people to practise yoga with me and to share the positive energy together .
