Since I firstly encountered yoga about 5 years ago, my drive on learning more about yoga has never stopped.  The more I learn yoga and Indian philosophies from teachers, masters, readings, and self-experience, the more I know that yoga is far beyond asana.  Over the years, my perception of yoga has been changing but I'm still not sure where will yoga take me to eventually. I have taken courses in Applied Anatomy and Physiology for Yoga Teacher from Institute of Holistic Healthcare, Silver Age Yoga Teacher Certification from SAYCO (Silver Age Yoga Community Outreach), Certificate in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and 300 hours Yoga Therapy Teacher Training and 100 hours Pranayama and Meditation Teacher Training from Anahata.
