I first started practising yoga in 2018 with the sole intention to lose weight. Little did I know that practising yoga would turn out to be such an enabling and calming experience. I have completed by RYT-200 training in November 2020 and am eager to transform yoga into a lifestyle and to share the joy of it to everyone around me.
