Like many others I’ve first experience yoga via a local gym in one of those amateur classes. It was great but didn’t really start to learn more about yoga until I got introduced to a more authentic studio about 3 years ago. I’ve completed my YTT200 courses in Dec2020 and now ready to share the benefits of yoga to my community. Cheers
