I discovered yoga when I arrived in Hong Kong 12 years ago and since then I became addicted to yoga. I followed the 200 h training last year and just completed the 100 h kids training with Anahata yoga. I am teaching one to one and bring the benefits of the practice to my students. For adults I love to teach hatha and flow classes. For children I ll focus on fun and attractive sessions!
