AYC introduced yoga in my life, and started practicing since 2017, this nonprofitable organisation gives a huge role in every individual’s life especially to people like me who can’t afford to pay and practice in the studio. Yoga hand a massive impact in me, I absolutely love my new transformation, I felt stronger ,and more centred. I believe that yoga practice provide opportunities for spiritual, physical and emotional growth. I enrolled 200hrs yoga teacher training at Anahata yoga , through the help of master Yogananth and AYC who provided my scholarship.I really admired their dedication to help and spread their knowledge to the community. And I will do d same..namaste!
