Finally completed the 3 levels Advanced Hatha YTT at Anahata. I am so grateful to have this amazing opportunity to progress in this training during this pandemic.... all thanks to Master Yogananth and all Masters at Anahata for such an incredible journey! It has been intense, a lot of emotions, frustration, laughter, hard work, soreness, surprises, and I have met a lot of amazing class mates who are all so unique in their own skills, and combined with Master's teaching is just super inspiring! Yoga isn't just stretching!! It taught and made me become a better me, more patient and consistent, and stronger as a person both mentally and physically!
