Aspiring yoga practitioner with an inbuilt quality of understanding a human being at first interaction. Anyone can do yoga but not all can become a yoga teacher. A yoga teacher is the one who emanates with greater qualities, being attentive towards the opposite body, being gentle towards the practice yet intense, respectful of the emotion in the class, greater understanding about the body and its limitations, knowledge on human anatomy. A yoga teacher is the one who is capable to design the class on the toes based on the student's emotions and body limitations. Yes, Sachitha Kumari originates from such inbuilt quality practicing yoga since 7 years, having done first certification program under SVYASA and second certification at Ashmayu Yoga affiliated with International Yoga Allianz Group. Have also completed Prenatal Course @ Andiappan Yoga, Garbha Mata Sansakar(IAA). I am trained by a group of popular teachers in Bangalore who are highly qualified and are the panels in many Yoga Institutes and health organizations. This makes me fortunate to learn yoga from all perspectives starting from Suryanamaskar, Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Kriya, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Chanting, Yogic Diet, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy and Physiology, Basic Ayurveda Principles, Teaching Methodologies. This encourages me to ensure that my students are safe in my class mentally and physically. Currently taking a couple of personal classes and group classes. Few of them are as a service to pay gratitude towards yoga. I am also assisting yoga sessions at a Corporate company. My mission is to help people to construct a strong physical and mental health that consequential a safe society.
