Alice yung is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and an experienced and dedicated teacher, offering her own style of making yoga simple, fun and at the same time adheres to the core yoga principles of physical, mental and spiritual disciplines. She believes that yoga and maintaining a healthy eating habit has helped her maintain her youthfulness. Her approach to yoga is simple. Everyone can practice yoga.
