I was practicing Yoga for over 5 years prior to taking a break to grow my family with four children. Returning to the Yoga mat has been a wonderful experience for my body, mind and soul. I recently completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Anahata Yoga and are super grateful for all the inspiration and guidance from the amazing Masters there. As I continue on my Yoga journey, I hope to help others and myself grow stronger both mentally and physically. We should let go of our ego and enjoy every practice as we are practicing for ourselves and not others. "Anybody can breathe therefore anybody can practice yoga."
