This Intensive Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Certificate Course (Intermediate to Advanced Level) is designed for yoga practitioners of all skill levels, from those with a few months of yoga experience to those who have put in years of practice. It is also for those who are interested in advancing their skills to a certified level of instruction.
The aim of the course is to challenge practitioners to advance in their practice by exploring the limits of their body and overcoming them, as well as to develop their knowledge of the body in order to better understand every joint and muscle nuance in the poses. By the end of the course, participants shall be able to demonstrate the wide range of Hatha yoga poses, explain the possible modifications and variations, and demonstrate and teach the steps required to achieve the pose.
Students will also learn the Andiappan Yoga's Intermediate to Advanced series, sequenced by Guruji Dr. Asana Andiappan and Dr. Yogananth Andiappan.
