Jen (Jennifer) has been actively participating in outdoor sports since 15 years old. She first stepped on a yoga mat when she was working on a brand consulting project for the largest yoga group in Hong Kong in 2005. Thereafter, it was still an on and off visit at the yoga studio. Not until 2012 that she faced tremendous stress in the corporate world and found practising yoga a great way of balancing the mind. It also helped to enhance her sports performance by increasing muscle flexibility and enhancing ability to quiet and control the impulse of the mind.
Jen feels gratitude to learn from his teachers Master Yogananth Andiappan and Victor Chng. She also gratefully thank her fellow yoga classmates and students who provided inspirations and tremendous support in her yoga journey. She completed Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Teacher Training with Master Yogananth Andiappan, and Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Victor Chng.
