Felix has started her yoga practice since 2006 and completed 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training and 100 hrs Kids Yoga Teacher Training at Anahata in 2018. She was inspired by the masters in Anahata to start her yoga teacher journey. Also, she has completed the Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Therapy Course Level 1 and 2 with Cesar Tejedor in 2018. Healing, restorative and recharging body by the combination of yoga and sound therapy is an effective way for nowadays. She is exciting to share her love and explore her skills & knowledge with everyone. Namaste.
