Edward, or fondly known as "Wah Gor" has been practicing Yoga since 2006. His favorite asanas is Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose). Wah Gor is thankful to have found Master Yogananth Andiappan as his teacher. He has the opportunity to assist Master Yogananth in the Advanced Hatha teacher training. He currently is the project leader and volunteer teacher for Anahata Yoga's class for survivors of breast cancer. In this restorative, healing class, he applies his vast knowledge of Yoga Therapy utilizing Yin Yoga techniques. He has vast knowledge on Yoga as he has attended various Teacher Training Courses such as Yin Yoga; Yoga Anatomy; Forrest Yoga continuing education for teachers; Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy; Advanced Hatha Yoga & Kids Yoga.
