I have been practicing yoga since 2006 when living in Shenzhen China and have continued my practice since moving to Hong Kong. I joined Anahata Yoga Studio (Hong Kong) in 2020 completing my yoga teacher training to further develop my practice hoping to help more people to get into this amazing yoga family. I have completed my 200hrs Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Anahata in 2020.and 300hrs Yoga Therapy Training with Anahata in 2022. Currently teaching at Mindfulness Yoga Association from November 2021 and Physical Fitness from April 2022.
