My passion for yoga is never ending. I practice yoga in Singapore, Hong Kong and China when I work there. Yoga has allowed me to create peace in my body and mind. Whether it’s static or dynamic, the calmness and clarity keep me on the mat always. In 2017, I attended my first Hot Yoga Teacher Training course to discover the Yogic path. The mind-blowing course had inspired me to teach and share with others. I decided to continue my Yoga Journey for transformation in life bringing love, wisdom, joy to everyone not just towards body but mind. In 2019, I took the 100 hrs Pranayamana and Meditation which has lead me to a further insight of Yoga .
