I always love to share the knowledge in Yoga to others, as it can help the people to find a better life style in this rush and stressful life and will also help me to gain further knowledge about Yoga. I do like to teach more practical sessions more than theory because it will be more helpful for a person to analyze the movements, stretches and breathing properly when he/she do and can then understand the theory easily.
