I've been practicing yoga on my own and at studios in USA and Hong Kong for 15 years. And finally has taken TT200 yoga training at the Anahata Yoga studio in Hong Kong. I've recently received a certificate from the Andiappan Institute and would love to start teaching. Yoga always improves my mood and helps my body so I'd like to bring the same benefits to other people around me.
