Lucie has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course at Anahata yoga and is a certified yoga teacher registered with International Yoga Academy. She discovered yoga over 10 years ago after she moved from Paris to Shanghai to pursue a career in the healthcare and beauty industry. She was amazed at how yoga practice challenged her physically and at the same time helped her find balance and inner peace in this bustling city. Day after day, she could witness the many health benefits that yoga could bring both physically and mentally. Yoga became part of her daily life ever since.  Joining a teacher training program came naturally as the next step for her, as she wanted to deepen her knowledge and share with others the benefits of yoga.
