Experienced yoga teacher/instructor both as a personal trainer and teaching groups. Nine years of experience learning and teaching yoga. Specific knowledge of Hatha Vinyasa yoga, different styles of meditation, Baptiste Power yoga, Yoga therapy, and general knowledge of Ayurveda and Thai massage. Electronics Engineer and Master of Industrial Engineering with emphasis on organizational design and diagnosis with eleven years of experience on change and project management, organizations and processes design. These experiences on the corporate environment have given me ample knowledge of organizational culture, and have allowed me to cultivate my skills as a motivator for groups recently initiated in new projects and in yoga disciplines, maintaining interest by managing the group from each member´s individuality, inspiring people from empathy and sharing my experiences and those of other group members.
