Practising yoga for more than 10 years in Anahata Yoga in Hong Kong, I started to appreciate the benefits of yoga greatly. Thus I joined another full time Training for which I took sabbathical. After this YTT I graduated in Bali in September 2015 with the 200Hrs YTT, conducted by Zuna Yoga. An amazing and highly educational experience. Currently not teaching as working fulltime in another Job but Yoga is part of my daily Routine and life.
