Almost every yoga practitioner will feel frustrated and challenged at some point during their hips opening practice.  

Students find it confusing why the hips anatomy are difficult to understand and to overcome its limitations whether it is simply sitting in a comfortable meditation pose or a hanumanasana split.
While working on the hip opening, there can be stress on the lower back, hamstrings, knees, ankle, and sometimes it can lead to injuries.  It is important to understand the basics of the hip anatomy.  Once understood, it is much easier to work on and to see consistent progress and breakthroughs.

Come explore the poses that help overcome your hip limitations and to find freedom in the movement.

Learn how to practice safely and efficiently with a sequence of poses to achieve a strong and flexible hips.

With a proper understanding of your body and practicing the poses with your own anatomical alignment, you will be amazed by how much you can learn and progress in your practice in only five days.

Fee Details

The Regular Price is HKD 18,800 (USD 2425)  for Twin Share Accommodation and 21,800 (USD 2812) for Single Accommodation.

The Early Bird price is available for first 10 spots only. The Early Bird Price is 15,800 (USD 2040)  for Twin Share Accommodation and HKD 18,300 (USD 2360) for Single Occupancy. The Early Bird price is available for first 10 spots only.

Early Bird price through online credit card payment, the Charges are HKD 15,800 (USD 2038) +2.5% is HKD 16,195 (USD 2090) for Twin Share Accommodation and HKD 18,300 (2361) +2.5% is HKD 18,758 (USD 2420) for Single Occupancy. 

The payment includes Accommodation, Airport to Retreat Centre Roundtrip Group transfer,  Vegetarian meals 3 times a day.

Terms and Conditions: 
1. Once the payment is made, no cancellation allowed.
2. If you cannot come to the retreat, you can refer another friend to join on your behalf, but the name should be confirmed one month before the retreat date. 
3. We highly recommend you take a comprehensive travel insurance.
4. In case of dispute, management will make the final decision.
5. No refund under any circumstances.
6. If the retreat date is changed for unexpected circumstances your registration will be changed to that date. If you cannot make it to the retreat 70% of the amount paid can be used to buy group membership package /YTT at Anahata Yoga.
